What Items Are Eligible for Returns & Refunds?
Our return policy is intended to help customers who have issues that are related to poor product performance or unsatisfactory customer experience. Broken, damaged, or defective products are eligible for returns or refunds and should be reported within 30 days to receive a refund or replacement.
Please note that many of our items are handmade, so natural variations in size, texture, and color are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn or used.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has left our facility.
How to Request a Refund
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately via our contact form to request a shipping slip. Your refund or replacement will be processed within 30 days from when we receive the returned product.
